I’m David.

I run. Except when I’m injured. When I’m injured, I obsess about my injury, and when I’ll run again.

I run for Liverpool Running Club, and we run in blue and white hoops - like this:



I've competed in races ranging from 5kms to full marathon distance, including some novel races like Race the Train and The Hell Run -which was very muddy, but very fun:



My blog is about my running exploits and things I find amusing along the way. I don't take myself too seriously and I won't preach about the way things should be done in running / life / diet / other - I'm just me trying to be the best me I can be :)
